Advice to law firm management: Do some kind of formal performance evaluations. Clearly lay out the path to becoming a partner or at least getting a raise. Show some actual leadership.
Pros: Everyone who works here gives 110%. There are no slackers here. The support staff is excellent. You gain good experience here.
Cons: The concept of communication is completely foreign to management. There is almost no chance to be promoted. We never get any feedback on how we are doing.
