Great Benefits - Terrible Work Enviroment
Aug 21, 2019 - Former Employee
Full time 2018 Former Employee

Hire educated, professional and team oriented support staff. Maybe then, your Attorneys will interact with them.

Great pay, benefits and location.

Management and overall work environment. Lack of team work and horrible employee culture. Very unprofessional staff (appearance & academically) . Attorneys are top notch (great law school and experience), but lack people skills and don't interact much with staff.

Good Pay and Benefits

Stand back and let your employees do what you pay them to. Micromanaging causes more issues than it prevents. It might be hard, but giving associates freer rein will benefit everyone.

The pay and benefits package I received when I signed on here was top notch. I feel like I'm being paid what I'm worth, and that makes a difference to me.

It wouldn't be too far off base to accuse the leadership team of micromanaging. It's frustrating and annoying to always have someone breathing down your neck about something.
