What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I really love working here and with its amount of analytical knowledge, expertise and legal experience, I really would wish this firm would grow in terms of people so that the firm spreads its quality of service.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
With a firm size of 21, I really love working at this place. It is really good to see the professional levels of my fellow attorneys. I have enjoyed working and growing here.
What did you not like about this institution?
With a small staff, sometimes I feel like less people are available to work and exchange ideas with. I really wish this could change a little.

I'm not really sure what they can do. It's mostly their personalities. You'll either hate them or find you're able to live with it.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you want exposure to trust management, this is the firm for you. They know what they're doing, but that's about all the firm has going for it in terms of being a good employer.
What did you not like about this institution?
Nearly every person in the office is miserable and joyless. It's a hushed, dreary atmosphere where people are nothing more than passingly cordial. The work is mind-numbingly boring, mostly trust management. It's tantamount to data entry. It's not a collaborative environment, nor is it competitive; it's just drudgery. Everyone keeps their head down and no one is friends with each other.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Peter Fink is rather unpleasant. Lisa Labelle is nice enough, but never seemed too invested in employees as actual people.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I don't really have anything to say. Christine Whitman and Tom Clemens are both nice attorneys, but they are only of counsel.
