Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel Reviews

- Reviewed on September 09, 2017

Advice to law firm management: The firm is a decent place for a young person to start out, but to keep more experienced attorneys on the staff you need to find something to offer to them.

Pros: Most of the people here were friendly and the firm kept up a reasonable pace. The work was what I've come to expect from working at a law firm.

Cons: There wasn't enough challenge in the firm. Again, the people were nice for the most part, but I didn't find it interesting enough to stay there for longer than I did.

Summer associate program

We understand that, for many of our law students, the summer associate position offers an introduction to a legal career. Broad and Cassel offers a unique program that provides a specially-designed combination of independent challenge, experienced guidance and flexibility which can best further an individual's own career objectives. Our approach not only encourages our summer associates to try our many practice group areas, but focuses on other aspects of professional and personal development.
