Evaluations of in-office performance of everyone in the company. Some areas have high turnover, which may be because of certain individuals.
The benefits package at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog is amazing. From an administrative perspective, people are very well taken care of. The majority of paralegals and associates are very cordial and get along.
Many attorneys have a very negative outlook and are very passive aggressive. Training is not a priority here and you are expected to learn everything there is to know the very first time.

Our six week program is designed to give students the ability to have a second employment experience in an often unpredictable legal job market. During the program summer associates work on research and writing projects in a variety of practice areas. While written work product is essential, we also value getting our summer associates out of the office to observe our attorneys at hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and other daily activities. We strive to get to know our summer associates in and out of the office. Our summer associates and our attorneys look forward to the social events that are another important part of the summer experience.
