The management should be more employees oriented. Not a good place if you expect growth and salary increment. The benefits are no longer top notch and management should pay attention to this.

I have worked with Felhaber Larson for nearly 4 years. The firm provides good work atmosphere. The firm is entrepreneurial in nature, which is a good thing. Few words that define the firm culture and environment are- flexibility, decent work life balance, good perks, culture and values.

Slow career trajectory for knowledge professionals. Career growth and salary increments are slow. Long hours, high expectations for paralegals.
