Management, be a bit more helpful when people ask for it.I appreciate the help we do get but sometimes I just don't know something and it would ease my stress to get some help when I need it rather than tell me to figure it out.
Management is very optimistic and always looking to assist in any way they can in the time they have.Leave requests are handled with haste and we are considerate with most things.The work atmosphere is very enjoyable and fun at times.Employees have created a very organized system that works well.
The pay is below the average and I haven't received any bonuses at all in three years.The learning curve is very steep.People are willing to help but the management always pushes to learn by trial and error, which creates some stressful periods of time.
