Be more organized and train employees better.
I have not experienced anything good to say about this firm
Unresponsive to parties involved in matters represented by this firm. Dismissive to requests.
I cannot recommend anyone at this firm

Work on improving the way management runs things. Provide better benefits.
The staff is excellent to work with. The pay is decent. I had a good time working here.
The benefits could be better. There are some problems with management.
Human resources needs to find a way to weed out the bad as soon as possible and not let negative traits leak into the workforce.
Each day is on point and full of groups of people wanting to get the job done. Great atmosphere and always something to do.
Overall the HR department seems a bit lackluster in reprimanding the negative people within the place.
This is a perfect place to work if you want to be part of this kind of firm and if you want a mid-size company in a smaller part of the business world. It is a great place if that is what you are after. If not then you should consider a larger firm.
I really like the fact that there are less than 20 attorneys at this firm. You really get a personal stake in the firm and the work that is done by the firm. I like that the firm has been around for 50 years and its location. I also like that the firm has many different areas of practice that focus on both personal and business law.
The worst part is the size. It can be hard to break through here and advance. You also have to 100% commit to the firm and to making this a full career job. There is not a lot of room to neither move around nor move to different places. You also must have a firm commitment to living in the community and area.
Thank you.
