Invest in a retraining of the management staff and look into different styles of management. Focus on training new hires into needed roles instead of giving them busy work until there is work to be done.
If you can get some good work under your belt and prove yourself, then management will be mostly hands off and leave you alone to get your work done. Not very team oriented, so good if you work better on your own.
If you are newer or are prone to make mistakes, prepare to be micromanaged to death. It is labeled as mentoring, but in reality it is nagging throughout the day that never stops.
