Advice to law firm management: This firm needs to provide more structure. Employees are feeling lost and unsure of their manager

Pros: This law firm offers employees good pay and fair wages to employees of all levels. Management also offers benefit packages to employees after performance evaluations if employees have done well in their previous year and do not give out bonuses.

Cons: The issue with this firm however is a lack of structure. Management almost always seems unavailable to answer questions or concerns and leaves employees lost and confused with their position. Many feel uneasy of their job security and this firm doesn't seem to give their employees much of an incentive to stay.

Summer associate program

The Summer Associate program is designed to provide an experience that fairly reflects life at the firm as a lawyer. It is offered to law students after their first or second year, and presents a challenging variety of legal work:

Summer associates prepare agreements, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal documents and are encouraged to attend client meetings, depositions, court hearings, negotiations, and closings. Each summer associate is assigned a mentor who helps them with administrative, professional, and personal questions. Assignments and workloads are monitored to give each summer associate an opportunity to work with a number of different attorneys throughout the summer.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing is fantastic! When I am looking for a job, it is the first place I come to. The service is very good and I enjoyed the emails. LawCrossing has more jobs and it is more tailored. Other sites gave a lot of irrelevant results. Your site may have a great algorithm, but it felt like an actual person choosing jobs they felt would be good based on my search. I will always recommend this site!
