What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that if management did a better job of communicating with the subordinates, it would help with the process of taking care of some of the cases a little more efficiently.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think this is a firm that helps me learn more about certain areas of practice. I have access to good resources here. The pay and salaries are good. I like the attorneys I work with at the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management tends to really just depend on the departments to take care of themselves. This is sometimes good. But it can also be a little inefficient when it comes to the need to relay information to the superiors.
