Advice to law firm management:
Treat your employees better and offer more room for advancement.
Pros:
Their practice ranges spans multiple areas and specialties. The lawyers are intelligent and friendly. I enjoy some of the work here.
Cons:
However, not all of the work is interesting. This is not the place for a career.
