What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management and partners should make employees feel more welcome. I think that integration between the operations and partners is due in order to help the employee relations within the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It has a professional work environment, and offers flexible schedules and good benefits. I see it as a standard workplace because they cover all the requirements in that regard.

What did you not like about this institution?
They only do the minimum for their employees. We do get benefits but they are not the best, and although they work around your schedule a bit, I think that there is more to treating employees than just providing the legal requirements for them.
