Make sure that your employees are more relaxed and spread out the extra work more fairly with advanced warning ahead of time.
The pay here is extremely generous for what the average workload is and they let you go home early if you finish early.
Every day I felt like it was going to be my last day or a day with more work thrown at me.
Provide more flexible hours. Offer training to improve management.
The firm has consistently brought in new and interesting work. The atmosphere is team-oriented. It feels like a family here.
Hours can be unpredictable. There are some problems with management. The workload is heavy.
I would highly recommend this firm. Great work environment, supportive education and CLE, and no micromanagement on day to day work.
Flexible schedule. As long as you get your work done and bill hours, no one cares how you make your schedule.
They don't pay for bar dues (so if you are licensed in multiple states they get the benefit, you pay the bar dues).
Thank you.
