It would be a good idea to keep a watchful eye for people that are getting overly stressed and plan for them to get time off.
Everyone here loves their jobs and is paid generously for them. We also get generous amounts of paid vacation time to keep stress from building up.
Sometimes through all the work you will feel stressed to the point that you just need to take some time off but if it is in the middle of a big project you might not be able to right away.
I would like to see this firm take on less work and limit itself in that regard. I would also like to see a few more interns hired for help when we are taking on a lot of cases.
This firm was very conducive to me learning the ropes as an intern. I was relieved to see that even the senior attorneys have adapted to the modern way of doing things in the legal field and it was very easy to communicate with everyone during my stay here.
The work environment can tend to have too much of a serious tone to it throughout the day. I also felt as though we took on more work than we could handle, which was quite burdensome at times.
Trust your workers, that's why you hired us.
Trust is key
For as long as I've been here, the upper management has always been an issue. They don't listen to our input or ideas, and they believe in a system where you need to keep replacing people to keep young, fresh minds in the office.
Thank you.
