I would like to see more room for advancements to those that have earned it. I also believe that the starting salary can be higher.

Everyone is very friendly here and very helpful. I highly suggest this firm to interns that want to learn the ropes. I learned a lot while here.

The salary was lower than I would of liked and I felt as though there was a real lack of advancement at this firm.

Management needs to be able to listen to their employees more and keep a consistent level of management. Otherwise employees will not have proper leadership.

When I first started at this firm the pay was really good. They pay their employees very well as well as include benefits and lots of vacation time. They really do their best to take care of employees and make sure we are satisfied.

Management can be back and forth sometimes and make it difficult to take their leadership seriously. They constantly contradict themselves and don't listen to employees who have trouble keeping up. Management is very stubborn.

I hope that the leadership team will eventually make it easier for people to advance within the firm so they can grow their careers.

The location and the coworkers are really the best things about working here. Everyone bands together when crunch time hits and it feels like a big family on most days.

There isn't much room for advancement here. There isn't really a defined path to promotion here, and it is hard to know what needs to be done to move up in the company.
