5.Current Employee, more than 1 yearAGDG is the best law firm to work at, in Chicago!Attorney in Chicago, ILRecommendProsAGDG is the perfect size: big enough to have diversity of employees and areas of law, but small enough so everyone knows each other and operates as a team. The history of the law firm provides years of experience and prestige in the Chicago legal community. Upper management supports its employees and encourages us to make our careers work for us as individuals, as well as the greater team.ConsHonestly, I don't think there is a bad thing to say about this law firm. In everyway, the firm seeks to improve the experience for employees and in turn provides the greatest legal services to our clients.
Offer more opportunities for younger employees to advance their careers. Update your technology to meet the industry standards as well.
This is a professional firm that is perfectly sized. This leads to a workload that is very easy going so you never feel overwhelmed. The staff here goes out of their way to make its employees feel part of the team and the firm's size reflects that. It's large enough that the employees are hard at work, but small enough that everyone has an opportunity to grow.
Unfortunately, like most firms, young employees need to invest some time in order to advance. This is not so much a specific issue with the firm, but something that is present in most places of employment. Other than this, the firm does need to upgrade its technologies as some are outdated.
Thank you.
