Lower the incentive and bonuses and in doing so lower the goal requirement so people can breathe a little bit. You get to save a little money but just as much work will get done or nearly as much, it's beneficial to both sides.
Well for starters the pay is great, much higher than I originally expected it to be. The benefits are pretty good but the pay makes up for anything that is left to be desired. There are good incentives and a yearly bonus for meeting specific goals.
Some of the cons has to be the long hours and the incentives and/or bonuses are a little difficult to reach because of the current goals set in place that are really pushing what's even doable in a 40 hour week.
