Communicate with your superiors to try and distribute the workload more evenly. It can be very overwhelming and stressful dealing with the work that is expected from you at this firm.
A great firm that strives itself on delivering the best results. The staff and co-workers here are all part of family so it is easy to fit right it. Workloads can become stressful, but at the same time it is very rewarding working with this firm. My time here was a great learning experience.
It takes time to get used to the large amount of work expected from you and that can get quite stressful at times. This leads to having a difficult time balancing work and life.
Try and change the workload to allow more individuals to get de-stressed so that way they can continue to work at one hundred percent.
It takes a lot out of you at first, but it is definitely worth working here. I have learned a lot that I can continue to take with me.

I think that everyone in the office would benefit from loosening up a bit. This kind of thing comes from the top down, so it would help if leadership would make the change.
I think the best thing about working here is the compensation package offered to new associates. Both the starting salary and the benefits are both above market average.
There can sometimes be some friction between leadership and associates or associates and support staff. The environment in the office is somewhat stiff, and people don't seem to mingle with each other much.
Thank you.
