						<p class="small">Management is not always sympathetic to long hours which is the biggest setback. Promotions take time. Salary is at par as compared to competitors, not the highest in the industry.</p>

						<p class="small">Great people, steep learning curve, love the culture. Super talented people and awesome work culture. Lots of travel opportunities and nice perks are some of the highlights of this Law Firm. </p>

						<p class="small">All levels of management are on different pages so no two people say the same thing, which can be very confusing at times. Work/life balance can be challenging at times. Low prospects for future growth and no role difference based on work experience.</p>
