Advice to law firm management: Management should pay salary according to work that the department/role in question and not as per the job title. Provide opportunities for growth and have better diversity. Expect attorneys to pass on more work to staff.
Pros: Powerful clients and cutting-edge cases, excellent support staff and resources with smart and honest colleagues. Office is nice and amenities are top notch. No face time, have the flexibility working from home. Variety of work available and you can choose whatever you like.
Cons: Some partners play favoritism and show no interest in developing junior associates, which I think is not good for future of this firm. Lack of diversity at the workplace there are few difficult personalities to work for.
