I'd like to see this firm hire some new attorney's to help free up our hand's throughout the day. I'd also like to see this firm take more risks and try their hands at taking on more interesting cases.
This firm is very traditional and thus family oriented. Everyone is very friendly and everyone always seems like they are in a good mood as well. The starting salary is excellent as well.
At times we can get overloaded with work and I had to stay very late on more occasions than I'd like to admit. Some of the cases can feel quite dull as well.

Management should hire a few more attorneys. I think that this firm should invest into a larger office as well since the current office is a little too small and confined.
I worked here for over 5 years and I have to say that this firm has some of the most helpful and caring senior attorneys that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The pay is excellent as well.
Most times we had our hands pretty full and could have used a few extra hands. I feel as though management should have hired a few new attorneys to help us out.
Winston & Cashatt's history began more than fifty years ago with the founding of two separate law firms in Spokane, Washington. Patrick Winston and Leo Cashatt respectively developed firms dedicated to the highest level of legal practice. Known for their superior representation of clients in the construction, aluminum, banking and insurance industries as well as personalized support for individual clients, the firms grew and prospered during the post World War II era. In 1971, the two firms merged forming the law firm of Winston & Cashatt. Today's firm continues to subscribe to the principles and dedication to our clients' best interests that have been the hallmark of the firm since its inception.
