Advice to law firm management: Associate training needs to be improved and there should be more standardization in the approach to training between groups. This likely includes training partners on how to train and provide appropriate feedback.

Pros: You get to work on big-law projects in a more laid back atmosphere.

Cons: Communication between groups .

"the pay and people are great"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Having people that are great at many things should be harnessed, and would allow for a better utilization of the employees.

Pros: The hours are great and the time everyone works together is fantastic especially for new people at their first job.

Cons: The structure within the place is very focused to one camp, so there is little room to move to other areas of law.

"Fantastic Firm Culture"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on July 21, 2017

Advice to law firm management: A more comprehensive training program would certainly be nice. The one that is in place now seems as if it hasn't been updated in quite a while.

Pros: The culture and work environment at this firm make it a truly fun place to work. Associates are very team oriented and we all act like one big family.

Cons: There isn't a lot of room for advancement here, and the pay is a bit below the average for this area.
