Pros: This firm has a lot of history and some very impressive offices. It operates globally, so there is a lot of room for advancement. People are here generally very nice, and there are some brilliant legal minds to be found, as well.
Cons: Partners are pretty inaccessible to associates and there is not a lot of positive recognition occurring. Associates are expected to perform at a high level, and are chastised if they don't meet expectations.
