Prepare and draft appeals and summations on behalf of clients. Research applicable areas of WC law. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Candidate will support the workers' compensation defense practice that defend employers in claims made by their employees. Involves client contact, pre-litigation counseling, and trial work. NY Bar is required. Experience with workers' compensation matters is preferred.
