Phoenix office of our client seeks corporate associate attorney with 2-6 years of securities law (including SEC reporting requirements), public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance experience. The candidate must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Arizona Bar.
Corporate and Securities Associate
The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience in corporate and securities work. Substantial experience in mergers and acquisition is required. Experience in securities ('33 Act and '34 Act) is preferred. Excellent writing skills are expected. Arizona Bar admission is required.
Seeking an Attorney with 4+ years of experience in securities and the formation of private equity funds. Candidates with federal income tax experience are ideal. Excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment are required.
