The candidate must be an experienced real estate and collection attorney to support our growing practice. Must have collection and skip tracing experience. Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA is essential. Real estate experience is needed. Title experience helpful. Must be licensed member of Utah State Bar in good standing.
