Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation for a personal injury law firm. Must be organized, aggressive and hard working. Should have 0-3 years of pqe.
The candidate will handle a mixture of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury and employment law cases. Maintain responsibility for researching and evaluating claims, writing demands and negotiating claims. Should have 1+ years’ of experience handling all aspects of litigation in state and federal court, including discovery, depositions, briefs, discovery, motion practice and trial.
Associate Attorney - Defense Litigation
The candidate will serve in premises liability, construction defects, security claims, toxic exposure, professional Liability and other personal injury matters. Must preferably have 2-5 years experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation. Should be licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Knowledge of and experience with matters in Federal Court very helpful. Excellent advocacy and writing skills needed.
