The candidate will join appellate substantive and procedural practice. Will also handle: Step-by-step support from Appellate Programs; A Lexis-Nexis research account; Sample motions, briefs, and other pleadings; Assistance with client managements; Access to firm’s brief bank; Training from firm's staff and other experts; Help with issue-spotting & strategy with Mastermind Sessions; Access to firm’s forensic science expertise.
