Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of civil litigation and administrative hearings from inception through post-trial motions. Must have: A Florida licensed attorney with 2-5 years of jury trial experience. Must have excellent research and writing skills, deposition and mediation experience. Experience with tort and/or employment law litigation is desirable.

The candidate should be 3L law students for entry level positions. Those who have demonstrated an interest in litigation and/or criminal law through course work and/or internships are preferred. Clinical participation is strongly preferred.
