Employment Law And Civil Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate must have experience in the following areas: employment law, civil and commercial litigation. It would be helpful if candidates can bring other practice areas and a book of business. Should have 5+ years of experience, strong courtroom skills, the ability to handle an active case load and be willing to handle cases throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Associate - (Litigation / Labor and Employment)
The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in national practice. Must have employment counseling and litigation experience. Traditional labor, affirmative action and/or OSHA experience a plus. Must have excellent writing skills, strong academic record and a desire to collaborate across offices. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.
