The candidate should have experience in copyright and trademark registrations, licensing and litigation, trade secret and technology protection, intellectual property management and audits, internet and eCommerce matters, software development and licensing, and drafting agreements for the ownership, sale, licensing and development of intellectual property. Portable business of $100,000 annually is a requirement.
I.P. Attorney - Electrical
The candidate must have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering. Industry experience is preferred Must have registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Patent Prosecution Attorney.
Candidate would be tasked with procuring patents in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Will work on a wide range of interesting technologies for premium corporate clients. A degree in electronics, software, controls, or electro-mechanical arts is strongly preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience, superior academic credentials, and have very strong writing skills.
