Associate / Attorney
The candidate should have electrical engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, or material science degree. Must have USPTO registration, State Bar admission, and 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Candidate with pre-law engineering work experience preferred. Experience in any of semiconductor process and packaging, image processing, and communication systems is a major plus.
The candidate will join the intellectual property law firm. Should have 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and be able to work independently as well as be a team player. Should have technical backgrounds in physics, computer science, chemistry, chemical engineering or advanced electrical engineering.
