The candidate must have 3+ years of patent prosecution experience. Should be admitted to practice before the USPTO and hold a Ph.D. in one of the following fields: biology, molecular/cellular biology, microbiology, neurobiology or immunology.
The candidate must have a degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science (advanced degree is preferred) and a minimum of two(2) years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. patent office. Should have experience in computer science, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, life sciences and biotechnology, medical devices, aerospace, and consumer products industries.

The candidate must have 6+ years patent drafting and prosecution experience for U.S. and foreign clients. A Ph.D. in in Chemistry or related field is required; small molecule patent prosecution experience is preferred. Candidate must be a member of the patent Bar.
