Patent Prosecution Attorney
The candidate must have a technical background and 6+ years of patent prosecution experience. Should preferably have some transferable business and be admitted to the USPTO and Illinois Bars. Should preferably also be able to prepare and prosecute patent applications, write opinions, and conduct freedom to operate studies relating to a wide range of technical work. Must also have excellent academic records.
Chicago office of our client seeks materials science patent attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate must hold a degree in Materials Science (or Chemical Engineering with significant experience with materials science). Must preferably have experience with mechanical and electromechanical technologies. Law firm experience is preferred. Must be in good standing and an active member of the IL State Bar. Should be registered to practice before the Patent Office.
