ASSOCIATE OR PATENT AGENT - IP PROSECUTION
The candidate should have a Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Should have 2 or more years experience in both writing and prosecuting patent applications. Patent Bar Required and Associate level candidate must be admitted to practice in California. Excellent analytical skills, writing skills, and academic records.
Mid-level Associate / Ip Patent Procurement
The candidate must have 3-7 years of patent procurement experience and must be admitted to practice in California. A strong technical background is required, with an advanced degree in chemistry, biology or related field. Must also be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark.
IP Patent Preparation and Prosecution Associate
Candidate with USPTO registration and California Bar are required. An electrical engineering or computer science background is preferred. Should have a strong academic background from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
The candidate will handle business, patent, related litigation, and immigration work. Will handle legal research and document drafting. Must have JD. California Bar preferred. Engineer is preferred. Patent attorney is preferred. Must be Fluent in both English and Chinese.
