The candidate must have 1-6 years of litigation experience. Must have a degree in engineering or the sciences is preferred. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
The candidate must be patent attorneys with 1-6 years of strong prosecution experience, and that have a technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering. Industry experience in a technical field and advanced technical degrees are also of particular interest.
