The candidate should be Law School graduate. Must have 1-3 years of pqe. Registered/Eligible for registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is required. Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is needed.
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience with procurement and prosecution with a great firm in Philadelphia. Should have B.S. (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Physics). Registered to practice before the USPTO is required.
The candidate should have a B.S.E.E. degree. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Should have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches. Computer software prosecution experience is a plus. Should have strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice before the USPTO and the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
