The candidate must have 2+ years' experience and an electrical or mechanical engineering background. Should have some prosecution experience and can look forward to a practice that will include extensive involvement in risk assessment analyses and opinion work, in addition to a baseline docket of patent preparation and prosecution.

The candidate should have Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Licensure before the USPTO. Admission to the Ohio Bar, or ability to gain admission. Must have 2+ years of legal experience. Excellent academic credentials required.
