Intellectual Property Associate
The candidate should be mid-level or senior associate with an electrical engineering or computer science background. Appropriate technical degree (EE or CS) and very good litigation skills required. Major law firm experience and excellent educational credentials needed.
IP Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate should preferably have undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Will consider candidates with other technical degrees and related coursework and/or experience. Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school are highly valued. Bar admission in New York is preferred. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience in the area of patent litigation.
The candidate should have 2+years of experience in IP litigation or prosecution and a scientific or technical background, most often in the electrical, computer science, chemical, biotech or mechanical arts areas. Must possess strong writing skills and academic records.
Patent Litigation Attorney
The candidate will be drafting briefs, motions, pre-trial documents, post-trial documents, preparing witness outlines, serving as second chair and/or taking depositions, meeting with experts, participating in trial preparation as well as attending trials. An undergraduate degree in either electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred. Must be a member of the Patent Bar. Must have 3-5 years' relevant experience.
Mid- level Intellectual Property / Technology Transactions
The candidate Should have 3+ years of intellectual property transactional experience, preferably with experience in the pharma and biotech field, and a background in life sciences. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is preferred.
