Los Angeles office of our client seeks patent litigation attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have electrical engineering, physics or computer science background. Chemical or mechanical engineering is also considered.
IP Litigation Attorney
The candidate must have 1-3 years of IP Litigation experience and strong academics. Admission to the USPTO and a degree in Computer Science of Electrical Engineering is required.
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience with patent litigation or prosecution. Strong credentials in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, physics, or related areas are required. Big firm experience is a plus.
IP Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer Science, physics, biology, or chemistry. Position is in Orange County.
Patent Prosecution Associate
The candidate must have 1 – 4 years of experience in the following areas: Preparation and prosecution of patent applications; IP strategy and portfolio management; Strong technical background in electrical engineering, or computer science. USPTO registration required and state bar membership required. Must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
