IP Litigation Associate
The candidate must have patent litigation experience and with an electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science background, as well as experience working in a law firm environment. Illinois bar membership is required and Patent Bar membership is preferred. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
