Attorney I / Insurance Defense Attorney
The candidate will handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. Will prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. Draft reports and provide file analysis. Georgia Bar membership in good standing is required. Must have 2 years of personal injury experience or 4 years of litigation experience. Jury verdicts are preferred. Experience handling motor vehicle, PIP and subrogation cases is a plus.
IP Litigation Attorney
The candidate must have 3-6 years of patent litigation experience and strong academics with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other technical focus.
IP Litigation Associate
The candidate will have direct responsibility immediately in a fast-growing practice, and will work with partners across several offices. Must have a technical background in EE, CompE or CompSci plus 2-5 years prior law practice experience. Some experience with patent prosecution is preferred. Should have solid academics and the minimum practice requirements above, plus an interest in rapid career growth in a law firm environment.
Electronics and Software Associate Attorney
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience. Should preferably have prior experience in patent prosecution, along with a strong academic record including a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an advanced degree in Physics. Admission to Patent Bar is strongly preferred.
