Intellectual Property Associate

The candidate will manage the position that includes both patent prosecution and litigation opportunities. Should have 1-4 years of experience in patent prosecution with a technical background in electrical engineering or, computer engineering/science, and excellent academic credentials. Junior IP Associate
The candidate must have JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Georgia Bar. Should have 1-3 years of experience. Significant engineering or software development experience prior to law school is required. An advanced degree in electrical, mechanical, computer, or biomedical engineering, or computer science is strongly preferred.
Patent Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 1-2 years of patent prosecution experience. An undergraduate or advanced degree in a hard science (e.g. engineering, chemistry, biology, computer science, physics) and law firm experience in patent litigation is required.
Electronics and Software Associate Attorney
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience. Should preferably have prior experience in patent prosecution, along with a strong academic record including a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an advanced degree in Physics. Admission to Patent Bar is strongly preferred.

Ip/patent Litigation Attorney
The candidate will do work on Markman hearings, infringement/invalidity contentions. Will work on expert witnesses, preparation of trial related motions, jury instructions. Patent jury or bench trial experience is a plus. Must have Electrical engineering, computer science, or Physics degree. Masters is preferred.
IP Litigation Associate
The candidate will have direct responsibility immediately in a fast-growing practice, and will work with partners across several offices. Must have a technical background in EE, CompE or CompSci plus 2-5 years prior law practice experience. Some experience with patent prosecution is preferred.
Should have solid academics and the minimum practice requirements above, plus an interest in rapid career growth in a law firm environment.
