The candidate must have 2-3 years of IP Litigation experience and must be admitted to practice in Washington. A strong technical background is required, preferably in computer science or engineering (with electrical engineering a plus). Prior trademark work experience, as well as admission to practice before the U.S.P.T.O. is desired. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills is must.
Intellectual Property Associate Attorney
The candidate will assist in all aspects of Patent Litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. Must have 2+ years’ experience in Patent Litigation. Should have degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Excellent academic credentials from top law school is required. Practical work experience in technical field is preferred. Licensed by the USPTO is must.
Patent Prosecution Associate
The candidate should preferably have a strong computer science or electrical engineering background, preferably 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution and/or 5+ years of software industry experience. Patent counseling, licensing and/or trademark experience is beneficial. Oregon State Bar or Washington State Bar admission preferred. Must be USPTO registered.

The candidate must have 2+ years of law firm experience including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, client counseling and preparing opinions. Should preferably have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and be registered with the USPTO.
