Life Sciences Associate and Senior Associate - Intellectual Property
The candidate will handle: patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings, diligence, opinions, counseling and strategic IP advice. Will work closely with the Litigation/Controversy Department in IP litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels, including Hatch-Waxman and biological products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE
