Attorney â€“ Litigation (Life Sciences)
The candidate must have 2 â€“ 5 years of specialized background and training related to product liability/mass torts in Life Sciences practice. Transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds are must. Large law firm experience is a plus, and advanced degrees in medicine, biology, biochemistry, epidemiology, pharmacology or other sciences are highly preferred. Massachusetts Bar Membership is required.
Associate / Litigation
The candidate must be a skilled and highly qualified associate with 1 to 5 years of pharmaceutical patent litigation experience, including Hatch-Waxman, biologics, or biotechnology patent litigation. Advanced degree is a plus, with preferred undergraduate and/or graduate training in molecular biology, chemical biology, pharmacology, immunology, biochemistry, structural biology, virology, or related field.
Associate - Litigation (life Sciences)
