The candidate must have 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Should have a chemical engineering background or an advanced degree in chemistry or a closely related field. Will handle a baseline docket of patent preparation and prosecution and a practice that will include extensive involvement in risk assessment analyses and opinion work.
The candidate must have the relevant technical background and an ability to effectively communicate the merits of the technology to best serve our clientsâ€™ patent needs. Should be undergraduate or having advanced degree in mechanical engineering or similar field of study and registered to practice before the USPTO . Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
