The candidate must have 4+ years of solid patent prosecution experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields. USPTO Patent Bar registration and one state Bar license required. Knowledge or experience in wireless communications, software, data security, mobile devices, memory, and computer technologies are preferred. Qualified candidates in any part of the U.S. is preferred.
