Patent Attorney, Litigation
The candidate should have 2-6 years of prosecution experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Must be registered with the USPTO and licensed in Texas (or can waive in).
Trademark Litigation and Prosecution Attorney
Candidate will have 2-4 years of recent, hands on trademark experience, an undergraduate degree in science or engineering, and should be eligible to sit for the Patent Bar. Patent and IPR (Inter Partes Review) experience is a plus.
Patent Litigation and Prosecution Attorney
The candidate must have 2-4 years of hands-on patent litigation experience, including experience drafting motions and taking discovery.
