Junior to Mid-Level Intellectual Property – Trademark Associate
The candidate' should be a junior to mid-level trademark associate (prosecution, counseling, domestic and international enforcement) with two to four years of experience as a trademark practitioner for offices. Superior analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent oral, writing and interpersonal skills a must. Candidates must be active bar members in the jurisdiction in which they are hired.
Patent Litigation Associate
The candidate should preferably have 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation with a degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
